Dont know if that is a good idea.
Some modules depend on it if other mods are installed, like the attachment mod.

But it would be nice maybe if during the install there was a menu of some sort where the user could choose wich module to install during installation.

This means no more "You have no permissions to view this Topic", right?

Just finished working on several modules so they wont give those nasty red warning lines anymore.
The modules now wont show the topics where the user has no permission to view.

most_active_topics.pak
most_interesting_topics.pak
least_interesting_topics.pak
most_viewed_topics.pak
most_active_polls.pak
top_attachments.pak

You can download them in the first post of this topic.

@EVIL>3 : Upload the statistics.tpl from the new version beta3.0.1g, i think your problem will be over then.
At best you reinstall the whole thing ofcourse.

@danb00 : Where you allreday working on them? Sorry for that.
I will keep my hands of that uninstaller,

I fixed my problem by removing that part from the template...

You forgot these language entries:

1. By removing lines from files you risk missing things with future updates.
You best copy the original statistics.tpl to your server.
That way you stay up to date.

2. (image) This is from the Language CP.
The Language CP is taken out of the installation of statistics mod.
There are a lot of bugs in that, so it will take a lot of time to get that all fixed.
For now you will have to do with what there is in language CP.
Its best you remove admin_stats_lang.php from your admin folder for now.

Or, if you are going to make fixes to it, post them here so we can see if they will be included in future updates.

I have a quick question about your mention of an installer fix. Are you referring to an actual mod installation issue or an issue with the install function for new stats in the ACP? The reason I ask is because when I click on the link in the ACP to install new stats, the page just hangs and causes Apache to max out the CPU of the server. All of the other links within the statistics ACP work fine though. I have checked permissions for the Modules directory and it looks fine, so I am not sure what is happening.

That fix was done by danb00 and i also dont know what he ment by that fix.
But i think it did not have anything to do with the installing of modules.

I suggest you de install the mod and give it another go.

Didi you use easymod to install it?
Because if you did'nt you might have missed to copy one or two files here and there.
