and to the SQL error. i had tha, you have to do it manualy for some reason..

Go to your control panel on your host
mysql/database
admin your databse
SQL
enter the sql command.

complete.

Hey evil, I can't thank you enough for this mod! I just got my first forum 5 days ago and even I, in my extreme noobness, could install it without incident. I don't know if you are still developing this at all but I would like to add a couple of feature requests if I may. The first is the ability to add permissions to custom pages. The second FR is to add the ability to define the URL for the new page. If anybody knows about workarounds to those issues, I'd be very grateful if somebody would post them.

what type of permissions are you talking about?

these pages are for the admin panel.

and what do you mean by define the url?

Oh crap, sorry about that. I didn't realise this was for the admin panel only. I have it set up so any registered user can view it. What I meant by permissions was the ability to give only a user group access to the custom pages. By defining a url I meant calling the custom pages something other than "pages.php?page=1" etc.

Here's what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm a private music teacher and I wanted to put together an interactive collection of online lessons for my students. I want my board to be setup with a section open to the general public and a seperate section that only a user group (my private students) would be able to view.

etc;
With HTML support this will be great!

the images are down because this topic is over a year old and this MOD is no longer available at the author's site. he has moved on to phpbb3 and apparently does not offer this MOD for download any longer

I still have it lying around somewhere, i can make it avaialble if it's needed. I do not really support this MOD anymore though.

You do not have to do that.
I searched the forum for a custom page mod and found this (and many threads linking to this). I thought it was for phpbb3. Sorry for the confusion.
If you wouldn't mind pointing me to a mod that has HTML support and page formatting as above. I found this one but it does not have HTML.
