I'm testing on my site now.

Edit ::
Very nice! If you set the admin page templates up a little more professional, this mod would go pretty far. ;)

Some edit needed to fix admin_npm.php

remove lines 38,39,40 and 41 (that should be the correct numbers, looks like the following

Code: Select all

	if ($_POST["permission"] == "3" && $_POST["grp"] != "")
	{
		$npm_error = "Field not filled in";
	}
and change line 30 to the following

Code: Select all

	if ($_POST["permission"] == "3" && $_POST["grp"] == "")
I'll update the file on the server now.

Maybe next you can write a file to edit the tpl files? That'd be pretty amazing of a mod.

I was thinking of adding that to this but decided that would be too much work for now, bad enough this mod took me 4 days :)

I may be adding that in the future though, along with a way to remove pages if they are no longer needed (shouldn't be to hard)

Nice MOD! this will come in very handy for me.

It would be nice to see in the future, the list of page ID's already created in admin and possibly "click to edit" from the showed list.

also, a way to choose what template to use instead of subSilver as defualt. by the way, it seems as though we can name a page ID using numbers too. or at least it worked fine for me.

Thanks :)

if I'm not mistaken, to use a different template just move the .tpl file to the other templates directory. I don't know enough about phpbb to say this for sure but your welcome to give it a try. If you do please post your findings. If it works I should be able to make a way to include the page in other templates as well.

Oh yeah, that is what I did. I know we don't have to do that with the eXtreme styles MOD, but I am not using subSilver as defult for that MOD either. so yes, a choice of a defualt template for this MOD would be nice for a future add-on. at the moment, it is not big deal moving files around.

thanks
