i just installed this mod and got this

apparently phpbbfm.com is gone? so that makes the link dead i guess. You guys are in luck though, i still had the original 0.0.7 version of usercp on my puter and decided i'd upload it so other ppl could use it too. Enjoy

Well actually I'm having the same problem.. no buddies are added to the usercp.php page when trying to add buddies via the memberlist or the viewtopic page or from any other place for that matter.
Does anybody else encounter the same problem or might have any solutions to this problem??

Actually the same problem seems to be valid for the subscribing to both threads and forums.. they don't work at all 
Any others who have gotten this to work??? What a shame...

Stuff seems to be working fine over there, so why don't we get it to work properly for us then? Couldn't we please have the same version of this mod as installed on that test forum maybe?!
