POKE

the best is at phpauction.org but if someone could just adjust the script to use the phpbb user data
You can have it all if you like... but you can pay for it the rest of your life.

POKEPOKEPOKEPOKEPOKEPOKE!!!

Yes one of your faithful moderators from Blizzhackers has chased you down in order to poke you. Your mod would be the coolest for our D2 trading forum.

@BK: Heh, well that is the reason I first wanted to do it :P

As for progress, here are the rules. Any "pokes" less than two weeks since the last will be deleted. Ok, well I guess that is the only rule ;)

I have not restarted work on this yet. I will be sure to post a message when I do. I'm not sure when this will happen. I'm under tremendous pressure at work and now am unsure even if this going to happen.

As for where it is code wise, I'll probably be starting over on it. Not a complete rewrite though. I will be adapting my CatDB program to become the base code for the auction interface. And as I explained earlier, I'll probably use the phpauction software for the auction related functions. As you can see I *hope* to write this, but sometimes we have to make choices in life

I Started work on it, but this is probably last on my list of mods i plan to make... but if Nuttzy99 or anyone else hasn't released it by the time i am done with my little mod "TODO LIST" i will begin work again on it... BTW Even if i do do this mod, i doubt i would merge the usernames list, as i don't think i would with my personals mod or classifieds mod im working on for a few reasons, such as privacy of members and to keep from having tons of members that only signed up for the boards spamming the lists etc. also i wouldn't want to 'require' someone to have a credit card # or ID Verification if all they want to do is sign up for the boards :D so that makes it really easy to port...

both Nuttzy99 and YoungHistorians, because neither of them have been updating neither their MOD nor us.... Anyone out there?

I no longer have a clue as to when (if) I will get back to writing phpbbauction. I'm currently putting the finishing touches on the next release of EasyMOD. After that I will resume work on phpBBCMS. After that? I dunno. Hopefully the phpBBauction, but no guarantees.

So until further notice, no more pokes. At least not for me, as I have no plans to work on this in the short term. Sorry :(

POKE

er, whoops :D this is a poke for the phpBBCMS--that is cooler anyways ;)

I plan on inventing a sleeping cap someday to reduce the amount of time required to sleep ~ but you will be required to use the extra time in your day writing phpBB mods  4 extra hours a day, think of how many mods we'd have! Think of how rich I'd be!

oh btw, auction mod sounds cool too :P Keep up the good work!

Wow, I'd love to have 4 hours per day to code! But that's not the case. Right now I have 0 hours per day, so don't hold your breath for anything from me ;)

Yea, I'd imagine a new baby in the house is kind of time consuming 8)

Congrats btw
