show info before entering topic?

Is there any mod avalible that shows info before entering topic?

Ok.
Need something like... When user enters the topic.. that some infobox is displayed to him/her ana then afther 5 sec or something him/her will be directed to the topic. And of course only admin can put that infobox to varios topics.
Is it possible?

so you want basically a summary of the topic to show (which would be practically impossible to automise)

maybe this could be done something like this:
you get the whole first post, then it shows who posted and at what times

and then by having some sort of psot ranking thingo that users could use you'd get some basic info about how offtopic the topic is, or how much people are arguing and so on

actually with word info i ment a warning sign/splash smtg like:
"All you posters please follow this rule and that before posting in this topic !" and only admin can control it (switch on/off and write text).
