you can leave a link in the original place.

Now here's what I want: Move these links up.
Near the announcements. Above or below doesn't matter.
So I want to make these links Sticky.


Anyone an idea?

If that's not possible..

When someone posts in the topic,
I'ld like to see the 'last post info' in the link updated too.
