Ignore Mod

Ok, im pretty sure ive heard of this before, however, i an unable to fund anything on it

also, would someone be willing to work on a "banlist" type of thing, which allowed the admin to place them on it, which allowed the banned to post, however, not insert the actuall post into the posts table, and still allowing the "You have sucessfully posted" message

For the first one, there are several available - Ignore Users and Ignore Suite+++ 1.0.6.

The second one sounds like what I was looking for but never found - A kind of 'global ignore', where an admin could place someone in an ignore state and their posts are invisible? The only two I found close were the Invisible Spammer Mod and the Tarb Abuse Tool, but I couldn't get either of them to work. If you manage to find something like it, let us know. I have seen several people looking.
