Post by musicalforums » Tue Oct 10, 2006 5:05 pm

Hi..

I would like to prevent another administrator from editing my profile. I am the original admin, so I think that means by Id is 2.

He probably has other admins like me 8)

I created an object in my store that allowed my users to change the display style of the admin/owner. His name was displaying in pink-script for a couple weeks :twisted:

Open admin_users.php

after this line

Code: Select all

	if ( ( $mode == 'save' && isset( $HTTP_POST_VARS['submit'] ) ) || isset( $HTTP_POST_VARS['avatargallery'] ) || isset( $HTTP_POST_VARS['submitavatar'] ) || isset( $HTTP_POST_VARS['cancelavatar'] ) )
	{
		$user_id = intval($HTTP_POST_VARS['id']);
add something like

if ( $user_id == 2 && $userdata['user_id'] != 2 ) { message_die(GENERAL_MESSAGE, 'You cannot edit this profile!'); }
