Redirect to forum automatically?

The 2.0.x discussion forum has been locked; this will remain read-only. The 3.0.x discussion forum has been renamed phpBB Discussion.

Redirect to forum automatically?

when i put in my url123.com, how do i make my site pop out as my index? i tried coping the files out of my /forum/ directory to / but it did not work. Sorry for the noob question.

You may add an index.html in the root directory which would direct user to the index.php

well whats the code i have to put in to make it redirect?

You'll need to change the the Script Path in the admin panel to from "/forum/" to "/" (without the quotation marks).

While this is perfectly acceptable, it may be faster, and less noticeable to do the following:

header ("Location: /forum/index.php");
?>
