This is what psoTFX meant. You are able to give your moderators access to the functions of the admin panel you want to allow them to use. You want them to have access to the ban function, this is possible. You want them to be able to edit ranks or edit User's signatures and avatars, just grant them access to these functions.

Conclusion: You can.

They get marked with a little dot in the corner of the icon ( Image )

A lot of core code updates of late, but nothing particularly visible, but there are these updates as per here, nothing "new" admin panel wise though:

Ok do we have a general timeline for when it's going to be done? Something like by the end of the year? 4 quarter? Ect ect. Not looking for something concrete but I was thinking about jumping ship for another piece of forum software but now after looking at pre milestone 2 I want to stay but I don't want to wait around forever like Duke Nukem Forever

They said...somewhere (the sourceforge description site I think) that they're projecting Q3. It's really moving along, I'm only anticipating a few more months.
After the bug fixes, it's off to work on phpBB Portal!!!!

I wish I could do something to help. Want me to mace the competition?

Sorry if this seems a silly question,

On one post you say that it might have so you can upload/attached images then on another it does not say any thing about it

I am confused here :?
