I don't play World of Warcraft myself, but I must say what you have done is very very impressive, keep up the good work. ;)

Hehe thx, most of the fun part of the development is done now... only thing that remains is fixing styling issues... which is a b*tch.

And then there's the JS issues. I hate JS.

Wow this style is amazing. When will a release of this that is safe for use be ready for the public?

A few major changes are going to be released when phpBB 3.0.3 comes out and hopefully by then it will be ready for public use.

However, I have run into some of the limitations of phpBB and having to develop every single thing myself is taking a lot of time.

Will using this template demand big changes to core files paybass or have you managed to code it so it is stand alone?
I was keeping an eye on the development of this template but was unable to keep abreast of the development for a time so I'm not clear on how this has gone recently.
I seem to recall you saying core changes wont be necessary but I'm not entirely sure if I am correct, providing support for this is going to be quite the task, big respect mate and job well done.

Keeping modifications to key source files to a minimum has always been one of my objectives. However, phpBB is somewhat limited in features. It really is "what you see is what you get"... and nothing extra. This means that even very small and trivial features require workarounds and mods.

As the development gets closer and closer to completion and features are constantly added to get the best overall package... the list of mods increases accordingly. At this time it's quite a list. To give you some idea. This is the 90% finished ModX for the upcoming Beta 4.
