English: hello
first of all congratulations for this fantastic theme.
I wanted to ask, you can change the header image?

sorry for my bad English :( ! I used google translator

italiano: ciao
inanzitutto complimenti per questo fantastico tema.
Volevo chiedere: si può cambiare l'immagine dell'header?

scusate per il mio pessimo inglese :( !! ho usato google traduttore

There isn't a grey version at the moment, though I'm planning on it in the future when I have some spare time. A couple of users have made their own grey versions, so if they want to share the code I'm sure they'll post in this topic :).

Yep, you just need to overwrite logo-text-only.png which can be found in the /styles/supernova/theme/images directory. :)

Wow phpBB theme recently looks so inspiring :mrgreen: . I like the blue color the most, red and green are okay (a little too bright, maybe? - just my opinion). Oh the sexy login box :roll:

I made some changes with the header and I think that was the problem, I added Site Announcements on top of forum.

You can't create that error using template edits alone, something you've added to the forum will have caused it (site announcements most likely).

How did you add the site announcements? Was it a MOD?

If it was you'll need to ask for support from the MOD Author. :)

Great style, but y got a error in Internet Explorer 8:
HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)
Linie: 0
Car: 0
Cod: 0

After get the error, IE show only the header, but not the content (topics, etc).
I install vanilla Supernova, but the error exist in IE.
If I change the style whith prosilver or others, evriting is ok.
I like this styles, but how to fix this error?
THANKS!

Blame it on internet explorer.

Does it say anything about javascript anywhere? It may just be that it needs a $(document).ready() somewhere

This is caused by IE's incompetence to handle simple JavaScript. Unfortunately you'll need to disable the style switcher's animated transition for it to start working in IE.

To do this, open: /styles/supernova/template/sn_config.html

Find:

Code: Select all

<!-- DEFINE $SN_ANIMATE = '1' -->
Replace with:

Code: Select all

<!-- DEFINE $SN_ANIMATE = '0' -->
If you made the edit through the ACP, click Submit. If you edited the actual template file from the file system you need to refresh your template cache by clicking:
Admin Panel -> Styles Tab -> Style Components -> Templates -> *your style* -> Refresh

Problem should be fixed in the next release. :)
