yes you can remove the button in overall_header, but the reason your rules title is not showing up, is your using the old version and you did not do the language/en/common.php edit. You should get the current version from the dl link in the first post. Then you do not need to edit any language files

they are not missing. The images have been moved to Vista\imageset\en so they will be pulled from the users language images.

ok the forum is back butin the instructions it says

Code: Select all

#
#-----[ COPY ]------------------------------------------
#

root/styles/Vista to root/styles/Vista
root/rules.php to root/rules.php

sorry, the rules is not a mod that is editable from the acp.
To edit the rules, you must manually edit Vista/template/rules.html.
I added it by request from a few of my members.
but it say edit the rules.html but there is no rules.html it is rules.php. what do i do.

if you had no rules.html, your rules page would be blank. I do not believe that you re-uploaded the entire template or you would not be having this trouble. The download has not changed since 07-26-2007. Since then, it has been downloaded 86 times from the primary dl site and roughly 90 times from http://demo.phpbb3styles.eu/?style_id=138, and nobody has reported similar errors.

It is generally never a good idea to give your ftp login info to anyone, however, I am the owner and host of integramod.com. I have fixed dozens of my members sites, so if you continue to have troubles, visit the site to verify my id and pm me your ftp info. I should be able to fix your troubles in a few minutes.

rules.html, is the template file used to display rules.php and it is located in root/styles/Vista/template/rules.html

Your files look good. I reuploaded them to be sure.
I should have suggested refreshing your template cache, but mine is off, so I did not think of it.
Yours should be fine after you refresh it to dump the cached version
