I tried installing this, but when I do, the admin log fills up with the following error:
Imageset misses “en” localisation
>> Galarpian
I didn't see anything in the error log.

I think I just understood the reason for this error :D
Anyway, it's not something important (I haven't seen it do anything), but it'll be fixed in a few days.

I installed Galarpain on my phpBB ver 3.0.1 board where it works very well. However, two issues with this style are irritating me, and I'm wondering if there is a fix or an update planned.

Issue #1: the fourm rules box fits into the flow of the layout perfectly when a link o the rules page is provided. However, when an text description is put in place instead of a link, the orange box with the text extends to the full width of the browser window instead of staying centered within the confines of the main context.

Issue #2: Clicking the "Mark Topics Read" link does nothing.

Hrm… I really don't see that orange box. Here's what I see.

Regarding the "mark topics read", I actually fixed that on my own board but forgot to do so in the main release. Done. Basically, re-download the file, and replace "viewforum_body.html" and "index_body.html".
Sorry I'm not making this a .0.1 release, but I'm in my "studying period" and without any true time to spend on such things :P

OK, thanks for the fix on marking forums read.

I apologize for stating the rules box issue incorrectly. Here are some graphics to show you what is happening.

I also see what you see in the index of a given forum:

But, when I view any one of the topics in that forum, the rules turn orange and spread out:

Seems like PACraddock forgot to change the way the rules are displayed in the viewtopic page. ;)
In viewtopic_body.html, find:

Code: Select all

	<div class="forumrules">
		<!-- IF U_FORUM_RULES -->
			<h3 style="color:red">{L_FORUM_RULES}</h3><br />
			<a href="{U_FORUM_RULES}"><b>{L_FORUM_RULES_LINK}</b></a>
		<!-- ELSE -->
			<h3 style="color:red">{L_FORUM_RULES}</h3><br />
			{FORUM_RULES}
		<!-- ENDIF -->
	</div>

	<br clear="all" />
Replace with:

Code: Select all

<table width="400" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="1" border="1" bgcolor="#636363"><tr>
<td class="row1" align="center" colspan="2" valign="middle">
		<!-- IF U_FORUM_RULES -->
			<h3 style="color:red">{L_FORUM_RULES}:</h3><br />
			<span class="small"><a href="{U_FORUM_RULES}">{L_FORUM_RULES_LINK}</a></span>
		<!-- ELSE -->
			<h3 style="color:red">{L_FORUM_RULES}</h3><br />
			<span class="small">{FORUM_RULES}</span>
		<!-- ENDIF -->
</td></tr></table>
<br />

Thanks a lot prototech. The mod works perfectly.
I like this style a lot and I appreciate all the effort you made to bring it up to speed. I'm thinking of making it the default for my forum. Kudos.

The Admin Log for my site is filling up with the following error message:
Imageset misses “en” localisation
» Galarpian
Any ideas about what is causing the errors?

OK... so have you fixed it in the last month or so? Will you be releasing an update at some point? I really can't use this theme as is, with it spamming my admin log.

I'm truly sorry. Been very busy with university (in the middle of exams right now) lately.
I'll try to deal with it soon. Very soon.

I've really learned to love this theme, but the fact that it's flooding our admin logs with bugus error messages will not allow us to continue using it. I'll monitor this thread for any changes in status of the theme and hope an update will be forthcoming soon.

Given the number of e-mails I've been getting lately, I took advantage of a studying pause to deal with it.
So now this should be fixed (haven't had any visitors in the past ten minutes on my board so I can't tell, but it's supposed to work - at least, I haven't seen any new "en localisation missing" errors yet).

Same link as ever.
