If the image is large I have to scroll inside the frame to see the whole image. Is there any way to make the lightbox open outside the iframe?

Thanx.
I don't have anywhere to test this, so please make a backup before doing anything I suggest.

Not sure if this works on/in an iFrame, but try this:
Open: bbcode.tpl
Find -

Code: Select all

<!-- BEGIN img --><a rel="lightbox" href="{URL}"><img src="{URL}" style="border: 0;" onLoad="if(this.width > 550) {this.width = 550;}" onmouseout="unpointercursor();" onmouseover="if(this.width == 550) {pointercursor();}" /></a><!-- END img -->
In-Line Find -

Code: Select all

<a rel="lightbox" href="{URL}">
Replace With -

Code: Select all

<a rel="lightbox" target="_blank" href="{URL}">

No, that doesn´t work... I tried to target it to _blank and other frame names that I defined. It seems like that lightbox needs to be in the frame that started it. Or is it possible that I need to edit some of the files in the lightbox folder?

EDIT: I solved it temporarily by removing rel="lightbox" and adding target="_blank" to open the image in a new windows. But I would really like to use the lightbox. Any sugestions are welcome. :)

Because there aren't any unless there are new posts.

Maybe this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it.

How do you change the forum text title (red) colors? What file do I edit?

Open: AdInfinitum.css
Find:

Code: Select all

h2 a, h3 a {
	text-decoration: none;
	color: #Ca2023;
	}

h2 a:hover, h3 a:hover, .copyright a:hover {
	color: #Ca2023;
	text-decoration: underline;
	}
This will also change the copyright link color. Unless you separate it from the class.

Code: Select all

.copyright a:hover {
	color: #Ca2023;
	text-decoration: underline;
	}

Thanks for the info, I got the text color changed.

Can anyone tell me how to change the text sizes for topic titles & message areas? User have been asking

Also, how about making the message area have a white background with black text (leaving everything else the same black gray)

I love ad infinitum, could someone please tell me how to modify it to work with the inline banner addon?

I love this style; however.....
When using Firefox Browser some of the fields a user must type into won't hold the text properly. Either the text is too large (as in vertically) to fit into the field, or the field is not high enough fo rthe text to fit into it. It is like the text is extending beyond the top parameter of the field area.

It looks and words very differently in IE.

Is there something I might be doing wrong?

Adding new post & reply buttons to top of page

Post by Tony B » Mon Jul 02, 2007 4:23 pm

Users have asked about putting new topic & reply buttons at the top in addition to the ones at the bottom, that way they don't have to scoll all the way to the bottom.

I imagine it's just copy and paste the code, but would like some better direction on how to do this.
