Fantastic work, Krezno!
I am currently using DAJ_Glass 1.0.7 for phpBB 2.0.11, and it works perfectly.
I was wondering if you were working on the development of a new version for phpBB 2.0.13 or if DAJ_Glass 1.0.7 is compatible with this phpBB update.
Please let me know when you can... and keep up the excellent work! :D

Regards,

no need, the logo background is just one solid color. Shouldn't be difficult to replicate 8)

Edit: I'm currently working on updating this to be compatible with the latest phpbb, I'm also getting rid of a lot of bugs.

just sent in the update, I hope it gets approved :)

edit: it's taking awhile to get approved, team must be very busy. But for those who absolutely have to have the update here's a link to the latest version until it gets approved by the phpbb team »DAJ_Glass_1.0.8«

This is compatible up to phpbb 2.0.15, remember this hasn't been approved by the phpbb team, however it has been approved by phpbbhacks.com.

I think that's a 2.0.15 issue, not template related.

Problem in Adding meta to overall_header.tpl

Post by feibe » Sat May 21, 2005 8:33 am

Hello Krezno

I like your design very much. I was trying to add some details in the overall_header.tpl.

However, after I change anything on this tpl, after clearing all temp internet files in IE or Firefox and refresh, it showed code:

?a href="index.php">

and

?a href="faq.php" class="mainmenu1">FAQ?
?a href="search.php" class="mainmenu1">Search?
?a href="memberlist.php" class="mainmenu1">Memberlist?
?a href="groupcp.php" class="mainmenu1">Usergroups

If I did changes on the subSilver template, it had no problem.

Can u please help?

Do you have a link to your site so we can see there what exactly is the problem.

Live site is using the one with no problem. Image shown is the amended overall_header.tpl in my localhost. whenever I change a word or add a line and save it, it will show coding. As long as I put the original back into the folder. It works fine. Tried it in live site. Same.....

What are you using to edit the files? If using something like Dreamweaver, try just a normal text editor

That is strange. Somehow the characters are getting changed when you edit the files. I would try what Graham said.

When i went through all of the styles, it was one I marked as very good.

I think i want green for myself... and I'm unclear on certainthings yet, like changeing the major color.

Thanks Krenzno and Graham. You are right. As I am using Chinese WinXP and when I used text editor to open the tpl and save it. It saved using other chinese font style (guess this was the cause). When I used Dreamweaver or use text editor in English window to edit it. It works.

Many thanks for reminding me.
