That wasn't changed by me, i can change it back, but the owner keeps changing it. I'm just putting it together for him. Can't change it right now, i'm at work but it shall be changed back and i'll stick a password on the file so it cant be changed =P ...
Any help would be appreciated though before i get back.

There won't be any help until copyright is back. Explain to owner that he got this great looking style for free and least he can do in return is keep designer's copyright.

Ahh the Designers Copyright i asked to be left, i will check this out too. The phpBB has been removed. Anyway, once i get home i will change all this back using the origional file so the phpBB copyright is back.

Yep, i Fully understand these, that's why i will restore the origional file and will also add security to the file so the owner cannot change this.

Hello again everyone, all has been restored and locked so it can't be changed by anyone except me. So if you could help now it would be much appreciated.
Will it be ok to add my own infomation in the footer along side the phpbb copyright? i presume its the phpbb copyright that has to be there as the designer's one was still there, always has been.

It's totally fine to add your own stuff, as long as the phpBB and the Style's copyright notices stay intact

Nope, nore in another Style i have, it's only in the Dark Red Theme ...
I've tried both re-downloading and re-uploading to no avail
