When did your problem begin? after installing a couple of mod's I noticed that others would not now install
Please describe your problem. this is a 2 week old board, fresh install, I installed automod and a few mods and since then every time I try to install a mod I get errors with function.php no auto mod installers ever seem to be able to locate all the code that needs to be found to add code after, even though it is there.

I've moved this to AutoMOD for you since this is related to that specific tool.

This is not a AutoMOD error. One of the earlier MODs you installed might want to edit the same line(s) the MOD you try to install is searching for. Thus making the find not found. Also the tool provided by your host might have edited the phpBB files making the find not found.

AutoMOD itself don't need any edits to your forum files when it's installed.

You need to ask the MOD authors and your host for support.
