[update] P51 Green v1.44

I new update with bug fixes, a few images, and a subtemplate.

In the template I also included the subtemplate to be use for forums that might be used for news publishing or as a knowledge base for example.
If you would want to use it you need to install a mod (only for 2.0.4) that is also available in the template zip file or for download from http://www.phpbbhacks.com

Note: It is all in English, if you find some non-English terms in the subtemplate just search and replace in the subtemplate *.tpl files, even though I think I replaced all of them with their English equivalents.
