There could be an issue with this style which will prevent it from working on a forums without the eXtreme Styles mod - but I can't seem to replicate the problem.

Has anyone of you installed it on forums without the eXtreme Styles mod?

Thanks in advance.

the problem is in viewforum_body.tpl on this line:

Code: Select all

<!-- END topicrow --> <!-- BEGIN switch_no_topics -->
with phpBB default template system you cannot use more than one switch on one line and there should be no other code on that line. So you should separate that code in 2 lines.

Yeah, I was being a gimp.

I took your advice from the PM and installed the style on a 'fresh' phpbb install, but my 'fresh' install, I had included xs mod in the zip - so basically, it wasn't fresh...it was an phpbbxs install. Sorry.

--- Update ---

The main download (top of page) has been updated.

For those who have already downloaded this style, a patch can be downloaded from the link below. It's one file and is only 2k so click on.

Download 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 patch

Upload it to the respective directory.

This change will remove the blank line you can see at the bottom of the forum list when you are viewing forums and allows the 'no forums' switch to work properly.

Thanks.

how would you add extra links in the header?

It's just a table with buttons in it, so you'd copy a row and edit it to your own needs.

The navigation block button pack is now available from here.

It contains blank on and off button graphics and the GPL public font required for you to add new buttons to the style.
