Banner basis.

OK, I'm not sure where to start off with this. my current forums are http://www.incineraion-nation.com/Forums/phpBB2 OK well what I'd like to do is make the top sector something like www.criesofinsurection.com in terms of making a banner at the top. the banner I want a www.incineration-nation.com/bannernofade.gif no clue it won't show, have to download it.

I just started using a new phpBB skin. "Sky" one from the released department, so the buttons will be one left on the dragon thing. So I'd like a banner at top.
