There is an easter egg in that style. (Hint: frame.)

It's released under the GPL, so as long as you adhere to that, you should be fine

The right name is : eXtreme Styles

Its not eXtreme styles mod problem, nor phpBB problem. Meowmeow forgot to edit theme_info.cfg, so style isn't installable.

witch line are missing in the file ?
and why the file privmsg_popup.tpl doesn't exist in proSilver ?

Edit : you just have to change $subSilver by $prosilver
