Hi,

If you have changed the CSS references in the overall_header.tpl file have you also made the same changes to the simple_header.tpl file?

Hi,

The CSS formatting information in overall_header.tpl file is used for most page views in phpBB - such as the topic review uses the simple_header.tpl file and so the colours are controlled via the CSS info specified there.

Your forum is probably not using the css file, try editting the overall_header.tpl that should work.
