Ok LLivingLarge, your problem is obviously that the new directories are not being created. It could be what GrMa was talking about with your system not liking the trailing slash on the end of the dir name. First I'll have you try with the new debug lines with the slash still there. Then I will try again debug lines and slash removed. Then we will know for a fact if he was right :D

Ok download this new .txt file....

http://users.bicnet.net/~pktoolkit/down ... ctions.txt

... change it to .php, and then overwrite your existing admin_easymod_functions.php file with the new one. Run the EM installer again and cut and paste ALL lines back here. New debug lines will appear on the top of the screen, so be sure to include those.

Good luck and thanks!!

Thanks LLL, that's what I was expecting. I've uploaded a new file that makes a minor change. Try this one now...

http://users.bicnet.net/~pktoolkit/down ... ctions.txt

...let me know how it goes! If you could paste up those new debug lines again even if it succeeds, that would be great ;)

Thanks!

Let me guess, you have the attachment MOD installed (or partially installed) and don't have the phpBB2 lang pack, only the attachment MOD lang pack, right? Just delete the lang_german directory and all will be fine. morpheus2matrix had the same problem ;)

Woah, this actually could have led to a tricky bug! Not only was this integer not initialized the first time through the loop, it was also not initialized for subsequent loops and this could have led to a big problem. Thank God for parser warnings or I doubt I would found this for awhile :P

Well to chmod everything is one way, but not terriblely secure either

For installing MODs, the MOD must be located in its own directory under the admin/mods directory, just like EM and Country Flags do.

BTW, nice sig ;) I think I'm going to call EM beta 1 the "phpBBFM Killer Edition" (But I don't have anything against them either ;))
