md5() is a function built into php. You don't need to include any special files to use it.

On a side note, that's gotta be one of the worst ideas for a mod I've ever seen... it doesn't fix this "vulnerability" (if you wish to call it that), it simply re-arranges it, and makes the forum login reliant on javascript- which many people disable for obvious security reasons, or is not present at all on their browser.
