I have set that only registered users can posts feedback, are you saying that a visitor have posted a feedback?

No that they have permison to send feedback but that they have feedback insted they are only unregistred. SO registered users can send feedback to anonymous users.

how do you clear the cache?

i have uploaded all files

and when I drop the bbcode option thingy i get this

okay then do this:
login into youre ftp server, go the folder of the forum and find a folder named "cache" open it and delete all of it contens except the .htaccess file

just delete the content inside the cache folder

yeh i did that. but it didnt work for me
i had to revert back to 1.0.0_RC then it worked

now im upgrading 1.0.1 then 1.0.2

Are you really sure you have uploaded all the files?

If you're getting "SELECT fb_new FROM phpbb_shmk_feedback_tot" it's because you have a old acp file that looks for the fb_new that is removed in 1.0.1 so in 1.0.2 there isn't too.
Looks like you have the acp_feedback.php of the version 1.0.0

Looks like you have the acp_feedback.php of the version 1.0.0

i uploaded acp_feedback.php as well , i dont know what happened
right now im on 1.0.0_RC

also you included a contrib folder

isnt the install.xml the same sa whats in the contrib foldeR?
