Luk4ward is right,

you have 3 otpions:

1. look for another image resizing mod using jquery (if exists)
2. look for something similar to Lexicon using mootools 1.1 (if exists)
3. choose one mod between Lexicon and Airbox and use it.

Incompabilities depend on libraries, not on mods or phpbb framework. Choose one js library and stick with it, as a general rule of web developing...

air-box itself don't relies on libraries, but it integrates Slimbox. If you cut away slimbox code in airbox.js you'll get it work. But of course the slimbox fx will not showed.

Hi
Whatever I searched I couldn't find an easy to use , functional image resizer. Can anybody help me with this ? I want a good resizer like Airbox. Or is it possible to edit this MOD so as to work anyway with Lexicon ?
Ill be so grateful if someone minds helping me with this.
Thx

How much you know about html?

I can suggest some steps to modify airbox, but you should try to understand what I say and test it yourself.
I alert you that if you lack of the basic code understanding it could be a waste of time...

Let me know...

ok, try it but I cannot guarantee you the success.

google for lightbox jquery and get one of the many lightbox JS available. Just make sure the jquery is the same of lexicon or at least compatible.

in overall_footer.html delete the link to mootools.

in airbox.js remove slimbox code (the second part) and paste there all the code from the lightbox js script you got before. No need to replace the jquery script as you just have it linked.

good luck..

Try to replace slimbox code in airbox.js (the code is well commented).
Replace libraries and their link rels in overall_footer.html-

This should work as jquery should be quite hassle free compared to mootols.

This mod also clashes with Facebook style status mod 1.0.4.
If the script for this is placed before the script for the status mod, then this doesn't work and vice versa.

Did you read the posts before? they are not the mods that clashes. The libraries do.

Facebook style status mod makes use of Jquery --> airbox makes use of mootools.

Those libraries are not compatible and even if they were, you should not use both, unless you want neat 200kb * page for them only.

I'm thinking to upgrade airbox to mootools 1.2 or jquery. It is a hard decision. I would prefer Jquery at this stage but there are already a lot of boards using airbox+mootools and don't want to stop supporting them...

Your argument is a non sense,
it is like stating that a program for mac is buggy because it doesn't run on linux.

Largo, are you aware this space is for giving useful support to people and I am committed to do so in the best way possible?

Be helpful and constructive or please don't waste this space with cheap and erratic arguments.
