Just wondering something..
I'm kinda a freak at keeping my forum's files all organised and stuff, and seeing as the ajaxchecks.php file isn't a file like say index.php or viewtopic.php is, I wanna move it to includes/ajaxchecks.php.

Obviously it won't work just like that, and of course I need to change anywhere it links the file in the phpbb_root. The only place I find where the ajaxchecks.php file is linked to is in the ucp_register.html file in the templates folder. Course, it references to the template variable AJAX_CHECK_FILE which is declared in the ucp_register.php file to be in the root.

Changing that does nothing. I've changed it to multiple different paths including: "./includes/ajaxchecks.php"; "includes/ajaxchecks.php"; "$phpbb_root_path . ./includes/ajaxchecks.php".
It obviously looks different in the file, I just don't wanna write out the $phpex out everytime. When I change any of those, even if it links to the file properly, the checking part comes up, but it never shows up a result, therefore it can't find the file.

So, just wondering if you know how I'd go about moving this file to includes folder but still keep the functionality of the mod. If it isn't possible, it's cool, I'll put up with it.

Cheers in advance :)

I have the 0.1.2 version of this mod installed. Do I - or should I - remove that one before installing this one?

Same questions than above, I have AJAX Registration Checks 0.1.2 installed, should I uninstall everything before installing this mod ? Do you plan of having instructions to update from the old mod (if there are minor chages could be great).

What are the differences (imporvements) so far between the 0.1.2 and the new version ?

Thanks in advance,

Cotp

There is a problem with the passwords including # char.

When # is at the beginning, mod always displays that pass and confirm are same.
When # is beyond, mod always displays that pass and confirm are NOT same.

Please FIX this! :)
