Hello,

Installed this mode, test it, and have question.

TAGS, As I understand this is key word for article.
1. Search don't find it (search from phpbb)
2. I was thinking that all this words in forum will lead to article.
Example. TAG is "FORUM" . If in forum someone post FORUM, this word will be link to this articel, or maybe link to search engine, which show all article from KB, which have TAG "FORUM".

Why?
I run forum for local community, and KB can be used for articles of history. If someone in forum will mentioned something, which is already described in KB, this word will guide to article.
This is something like in WIKI.

Or maybe will be better to add "LINK" option for this case.

Somthing i'd be interested in.. but i would think it would have to be a manual process using BB codes. . problem is with auto link generation. if you have an article called paint and someone posts a link for paintshoppro all the links get messed up..

I just wanted to drop a quick update on the mod progress. The other day I received word from the Mod Team that the mod has been denied for ModDB submission for now. This wasn't unexpected so it will not set our progress back. But at the moment both me and Tom are very busy elsewhere. I will try to squeeze in some random code fixing tomorrow, and then we will just have to wait for me to finish 'Post article as link' and Tom to finish the article tracking system, before 1.0.1 is ready for RC release. We are trying our hardest, but other stuff is taking our time at the moment, so please bear with us (we are poor and busy students after all

)

Regarding the subsilver2 template, the earliest possible implementation of this will be in 1.0.2. Though people are more than welcome to contribute anyway they want! If you want to help us with the PHP code, translate the mod or make your own template for it, just drop me a PM and we will have a look at it.

another question.
I think [th AUTOLINK MOD] function gonna be very useful with this mod.
How can I make that mod work with this mod?

any futher plan?

Thank you for a brilliant mod!

I have a request though that would be wonderful to have:
Is it possible to add a script for generating thumbanils from images within the article and show them next to the title when viewing a category.
Or you can add an option for "thumbnail upload" when creating a new article.

There is no Tag Cloud plugin. A tag related plugin has yet to be created.
And yes I suppose you could make the link mod work with this one, you will have to ask the mod author of that though, as I have no idea of how to.

Hmm, thumbnail generation is not something I have looked into, I don't think we will include that feature, because our current theme wouldn't quite look good with that.

And yes I suppose you could make the link mod work with this one, you will have to ask the mod author of that though, as I have no idea of how to.

Hmm, thumbnail generation is not something I have looked into, I don't think we will include that feature, because our current theme wouldn't quite look good with that.

No problem, solved it anyway with some css magic =)

That is correct. We are planning to implement it at some point, but not within the next couple of weeks.

PhpBB3 KB Mod 1.0.1 has been released
At long last we release 1.0.1, this version has been pushed quite a lot, as we both have been busy. As a response to this, we chose to push some features to 1.0.2 (see more below). Download is available from here.

Author notes:
There are several changes in the phpBB core files, please make sure you check these out in the file contrib/update_1.0.0_to_1.0.1.xml, it should contain all the information you need.
Check out our own sites Knowledge Base for video guides on how to install and configure the mod.

We also finished working out a feature list for the coming versions, this could, as always, be subject to change:

Awesome job! I just finished updating and all went great.

A couple of questions.

I didn't see a list with what was fixed in the new version. The problem with permissions disappearing now and then, has this been fixed in this version?

Also, I have made quite a few changes to the template files, so I didn't update them. It still looks good. Is there something special I will miss out on?

Same with language pack. I translated it all to Swedish and I don't wish to update the language pack. Did you make a lot of changes to this? Maybe I could change it manually.
