If we want to change the achievements what file do we edit for example.

Instead of Reached 40 posts i want to change it to Reached 50 posts, i look in the functions file and changed all the 40's to 50's and nothing happen, it still dispalys a tick even though the user in question has only 41 posts?

What else do i have to edit to change them?

You need to change it in the Template file also
rite now its something like

<!-- IF POSTS >= 40 -->

No but the template file will work fine in subsilver2. Just copy goals_body.html to subsilver2 and place

<!-- INCLUDE goals_body.html --> in memberlist_view.html where you want it (best before the signature code probably)
