Suggestions:

1. First thing that i want to point out is that "alternative_mod FB Application" require to much data from user, with will scary them out. The only thing it should require is "Username" and "email". Real name and surname, sex, network, and especially friends list and all other information that i share with everyone are not essential for registration.

Personally, i never ever want to register via FB if application require more that it's needed, because it means that all data are collected for commercial purpose.

2. In addition to that, "alternative_mod FB Application" can ask "Do you want to share you IM's" or something like that. It would be easy way to share all/selected IM's.

OpenID login don't work yet, right ?

Did you try to register via facebook on http://www.ausgamingcore.com/alt.
That only requires username, email, timezone and language.

Ofc i try. And I get message box that you app require "Real name and surname, sex, network, friends list and all other information that i share with everyone".

Are you logging into facebook as it will only redirect to the facebook registration section if your logged in via facebook login page on facebook.

I didn't think we were on the same page Alien. I have only updated the facebook part of the mod not any on the others.

I was logged into FB. I click at "Connect to Facebook" and i get this

Same thing i get when i logout from FB, try to Register and click at "Connect to Facebook" at registration page.

Yeah all apps request basic information(permissions) other wise I can be fined or imprisoned for gaining user data fraudulently.
It gives you, the user, the power to allow or deny a facebook app from using your public available data.
This is a must and is part of the terms on facebook as a facebook app developer.

I would love to remove it but its a part of the new api from facebook and makes my website and anyone using the plugin/app comply with facebook developer terms.

This update is for facebook part of Alternate login.

Catcha library is now a class::function type not image --> Working on converting that now for you. - FIXED

function al_validate_admin()- admin login password is actual $row['al_blah_id'] not phpbb_hash in functions_alternatelogin returning an incorrect password error --> More research is needed by me to fix that unless you can. - removed so admin can login with password set in user control panel
function al_validate_admin() - globals was missing $template.--> added that and now functions to show $template->assign_vars(array for captcha library. - no longer needed - function void - see above

Updated login_body, login_forum, index_body with new javascript document.getElementByID with FB.ui auth.status.

Changed al_fb_connect.php to new php sdk provided by facebook with a facebook login incase response.session is not set.

added {FBINIT} - which is javascript FB.init just under  and only pages that require it. Still deciding to make it permenant in header or just use it when its needed. - moved to header for global use

Made facebook registration exclusive so now the user no longer needs to fill in data as its already called from FB.api using fql.query. So JS(Javascript) now generates the html for that from document.getElementByID.innerhtml function call. Removed captcha and validation from username, email and the rest as auth.status makes us(The Admins) believe they are a valid facebook user and not a bot. example --> if(!$fb_user) - Made an exclusive facebook provided registration so now only username is required for registration.

I like how all you have to do is choose a user name in your newer version. Im looking forward to it!
