Alright Thanks.

-------------

Also I just tried to Register to my site through Twitter and when I fill out the registration form there is no place for me to put in a password. So I assumed that it tries to use the same one from my twitter account. But when I hit submit I get the fallowing:

Code: Select all

The password you entered is too short.
The password confirmation you entered is too short.

Any advice?
Hm, may well have been because I had an old version of Automod. I've updated that, but now I encounter one error when trying to install AlternateLogin:

SQL Queries
Error:Duplicate column name 'session_wl_access_token'
ALTER TABLE `phpbb_sessions` ADD `session_wl_access_token` LONGTEXT NULL , ADD `session_tw_access_token` LONGTEXT NULL

Ok to delete this via MySQL and try again?

This is the settings page !!..

Code: Select all

Access level Read-only
About the application permission model
Consumer key ****************************
Consumer secret ***************************************
Request token URL https://api.twitter.com/oauth/request_token
Authorize URL https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authorize
Access token URL https://api.twitter.com/oauth/access_token
Callback URL http://********************************/alternatelogin/al_tw_connect.php

Edit: I notice that it's just not being displayed on index.php, it's there when viewing a topic.

I see that the code is there in index_body. However, for some reason it's not showing up.

Code: Select all

<fb:like-box href="{AL_FB_PAGE_URL}" width="300" show_faces="true" stream="true" header="true"></fb:like-box>
It might be a simple oversight on my part, I will look into it.
Hello,

Have you had a chance to look into this bug?

Ohhh, that makes sense. My board emails people upon registration with an activation link. Is there a workaround for this without activating each user in ACP or changing setting?

Just sticking to facebook for now. As you say, it works fine once the user is activated. But I'd really like to keep the email activation for people who register the normal way. Any workaround, Mr Mod Author?
