Hi,
It's a great mod, I installed it but a few things i didn't liked:

1. I don't liked that when i load the site it goes white page for a sec and then it full loads.. i guess it is from the script that determines the resolution.
2. On view_forum, the GO TO function doesn't work anymore.. it says "Forum doest not exist" when i want to fast navigate to another forum.
3. I have the dg_topic_thumbs mod and after i've installed your Last X attachments mod ... it stopped working.. i ain't getting no more topic thumbs.. just last x attachments. But I want to use them both:
one for last attachments and one for topic thumbs.

Any fixes for this ?

you can allready set the detection to off und enter the max number u want to show in settings area manually.

and, shure some pics must load the first time, till they chached. it's normal.
if u plug them by hand in the template it will be the same..

it's the java-screen-detection in viewforum-include.
i think i can figure it out, so the best temp-fix is to set the detection to off in viewforum.php and enter max count of pics manually. i dont use this "jump to", so i turn it on first time and now i know why i dont see this behavior before.

note: in index.php u can let detection set to on, so it works well there

Hmm i worked to much on the dg topic thumbs to fix its issues to change it now.. cause it works perfectly.. i just wanted to use them both combined. I don't know what's the conflict between them cause topic thumbs mod has no javascript.

I'll try to figure it out when i have time. Thanks for replying.

Edit: Found the problem, now it works like a charm. The preloading white page disappeared after i set detect resolution to "no" and my topic_thumbs appear normally .

I havn't got the chance to check out your mod.

But things that could be nice:

- Option for the auto scroll on the last attached pics.
- Option that all the thumbs would be the excact same size, for example 150x100 or 100x100, because it looks much more nice (like this site: http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=121)

Anyway, thanks for making this mod, I think that it is really great that some people take the time and make this stuff.

in the demo u show, shure not all pics have the same width or height.
you see little black bars left/right up/down of some pics to fake the correct fit.

update

i found a little, but important boob.

u can increase the performance and the visual display time of thumbs up to 3-5 times, if u do the following

open

thumb_resize.php

find

replace with

clear all caches and delete all files in thumb folder in root/images

install package will updated asap

Can you please make an option to automatically delete orphan thumbs at the end of a day for example ? Cause its pretty annoying to delete them manually all the time.. cause i get hundreds of thumbs per day.

Btw: Way better with the JPG format instead of PNG... all my thumbs are now under 10KB, instead of 30-40KB.

Hello, thank you for the nice mod. I do not know why I do not want to run just fine? I did everything as instructed, but the index forum nothing is displayed. Can not you help me please? Thanks

check the install and make shure u have choose the right install-version 4 your needs:
- crawl in index / standard in index etc. and the right style-instruction 4 this

further check (again) the "normal" install-instructions

but, the very important thing is: clear all board- and browser-caches after install

Still nothing! I did check, but I think everything is fine. These instructions but I seem strange, repetitive ... I do not know if I can ignore it or what should I do?

I have not tried to change the properties >> where id is set for viewforum. Does it then appear on the index, or to just where viewforum?
