I updated my phpBB3 to 3.0.13. It's worked. Bugs not found.

Can you explain how see the stats? This is not clear, for example, your page http://forum.aeroion.ru/downloads_list.php shows the same message. "Вы не выделили вложений для скачивания или просмотра."
