Thanks for the update
I am also in the process of doing new screenshots for the wiki.
Is LINKS_FILTER_OPTIONS defined properly in the language file?
Code: Select all
'LINKS_FILTER_OPTIONS' => 'spam hammer',
It's fine with me to define it in the other place instead though, especially if it isn't needed to be translated. I don't like having to update in so many places during development
*We test for a bit, make sure everything is running well (I want to check the 24hour prune tomorrow)
*Make a v0.0.3 with the final class once we verify there are no error, and add one change to the edits: include $submit in the profile check so the user only has to private $extreme=true; to turn on the honeypot (same as wiki now).
*Try for a RC and approval? I'll be happy to make any style changes and updates requested by the MOD review team.
Are you trying the logs yet
I actually think they are very funny to watch spammers delete themselves in the honey pot.
However, the logs alerted me to how much we got hit with guest accounts, so I disabled that because we pay by the CPU cycle and I don't want that extra processing (one anon post per 10-15 seconds) for the few guest posts we get: 1-2 per week so far, does anyone even know it exists
