sorry im a little confused with this section of the guide...

OPEN :
wordpress/wp-content/themes/prosilver/includes/wp_phpbb_bridge_constants.php

EDIT :
edit settings as required

When i check that folder i see... wordpress/wp-content/themes/phpBB.

Do i have to manually place my prosilver theme in there ?

Sorry but I have no idea how it works or how to test it
Wordpress by default already comes with the option to setup multiple Wordpress sites or Network:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

You don't even need to re-install WP.

Basically once activated you can then have an unlimited number of WP sites running off the same user database, either in subfolders or as subdomains. Subfolders option is easier for testing. You then have global WP Admin that administers Network, and local Admins for each sub-site, and each sub-site can be managed independently of the other. Additional content tables are created in database for each sub-site.

Anyway, your bridge as its stands IS working with multiple WP Network sites, the only part that is not are the phpbb-related widgets. I suspect these widgets are hardcoded to se a certain path or tables, but I need to spend some time stepping through your code to find the reason. Note: Standard WP widgets do work across multiple sites automatically without any modification.

There is not such feature in my actual BRIDGE, for the moment there is a way to create a new topic in the forum a new entry in the Blog, but not post an entry in the blog, when a topic is created in the Forum.

But there is a "Recent topics" block that display nn topics in the right column at the index page of the Blog.

I have no idea when, create and support a MOD is hard to do, and in this case is just only me, there are nobody else helping me on it.

The idea to made this topic was looking for some partner, someone that knows about this two scripts, phpBB and WordPress and off-course good knowledge in php, sql, html, css and JavaScript , but ATM, nobody appears

Maybe there are many who know how to program but have no idea about what is to merge the two systems. But I think the support for this bridge should be done only on your personal page and not here, has not been supported by the users as to want to help the development.

When I start this Bridge was because I was using another bridge that actually is not supported any more, because of that I couldn't update my board and my blog.
So I start to investigate looking for a new way to join this two scripts, some time before I found one at WP that was almost what I was looking for, share users between phpBB and WP, having some minor issues.
At that moment I have no idea about WP and his way to manage things...

So I start my own core, asking for permission to the original author to base my code in his, now after almost 3 month, IMHO, I think I have something big and working very smooth

If I do that, how many people can knows about this, and how many people can help me ?
I think sharing this code on this site is the best way to made it popular and if someone else want to join me, is welcome to do it here or in my own site 8-) .
Do you think that the [3.0.x] MODs in Development section, is not the right place to do it ?

Hi everybody :
I'm actually developing this feature, and I would like to give some feedback on this.
I'm wondering how to handle who can do the cross-site posting, with a forum based permission like topic type ( Normal/Sticky/Announce/Global ) by adding a new topic type and the proper permission ur just a used based permission like "Can attach files/Can download files/Can save drafts"

Hope someone understand the idea al bring some light on this
