Hi Jessica,

I think the css problem is due to the fact that i have the profiles in posts on the left side.
https://www.phpbb.com/kb/article/prosil ... s-on-left/
but don't know what to change in order to fix it with that.

also when you want to delete the moderation message, and you click on the NO button, then are you getting the same message as i did ?

the sql error is indeed strange, i found the sollution here: (last post answer at link below)
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1786 ... lumn-error
oh ok, so I tried deleting again, this time pressing "no". I am also getting that message "You cannot delete moderation messages in this forum."

great :) i think i managed to fix the large block in posts if someone has profiles on the left side on prosilver style.

I changed

Code: Select all

margin-top: 1.2em;
with

Code: Select all

margin: 280px 0 5px 224px;
it seems to work.

I saw a new issue ,normal registered users and newly registered users can't see the moderator messages, also there is no permission option to give them that permission.

anyway your mod looks awesome so far, just some small bugs left.

have a good night sleep for now.

EDIT: solved it, i changed back the BGINT(20) to: mediumint(8) in the column posts_moderation_total
then started again your couter_fix.php file, now it show me the correct number:

seems like the script never ends (Internal Server Error.The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.) I've got more then 100 000 post on my forum :roll:

In my case after deleting moderator messages from topic, the icon still shows that a topic have moderation messages in it. After adding new moderator messages to the topic in which i've deleted previous messages, icon doesnt count from 0 but shows next number.

With the new update it looks like the only way users can see the Moderator Message is if you give them permissions in the Globla Moderators section of their groups permissions. I don't want to have to do that, is there another way we can let users view the messages without giving them access to the Moderator control panel at all?

I am not seeing how to let Registered Users, Newly Registered Users and Guests see the box.

I don't know, I believe nobody has reported me an issue on the permissions.
Could you explain please ?

I am not seeing how to let Registered Users, Newly Registered Users and Guests see the box.

If you give them the permissions as it is setup now, they have access to the MCP

I haven't tested this issue, but I too would like to see a u_ permission to see moderator messages. For example, I edit a post and tell them to read the rules - I want them to be able to see that. :D

In my eyes it will be better to have a radiobutton / checkbox for every message "Show this message only to moderators". For internal discussions it will be ticked, for

it will be unticked.

A u_ permission will be valid for all moderator messages, not for the specific one.
