Re: [DEV] Simple Calendar Mod

I read the first post, FAQ and current page before posting.

You list it as a feature that there are no database changes, but I'm just having trouble understanding why that is desirable, at all? Which is why I asked the question.

Also there is nothing in the FAQ that at all mentions the issue of month changes (and subsequently the necessary monthly changes and re-uploads of the js file). Does the file need to be manually edited and re-uploaded every month just to compensate for time change for the current time used in the script?

You missed my point. See my quoted reply below:

My point being, the issues you spoke about were already addressed in the topic.

The missing components that will make this a real "Simple" Calendar Mod are currently being developed by Bonelifer. I blatantly admitted that I fell short of what this mod is intended to be, which is why I downgraded the development status of the mod to "Dev".

@ svangeldern - I'm currently finishing-up the next version of the YouTube Videos Mod. Upon completion, I'll look into the issue again.

I've got one problem.
I've removed all of this mod but when I try to update the template in my ACP i get this error:

Could not open ./../styles/prosilver/template/calendar.html

What do I wrong?

You get this error when you Refresh your Templates?

Did you remove the edits from functions.php?

If all edits were removed and all files deleted (including the simple_calendar) folder, I don't see why you would get this error.

Can you "Purge the cache" via the ACP?

Yes... But make a back-up of your DB first
