Yes showing on index comes in in the install instructions. I don't see anything for a /me command on the roadmap, but I think he did mention not that long ago in this thread that there would be a way to purge old messages.

Nice add-on Handyman, got the shoutbox sitting nicely on the bottom of my subsilver2 board, took about 10 mins to add it in and worked 1st time with no problems

kythan, I would not think that this mod would affect loading time on your forum, it hasn't seemed to bother mine. I'm sure a majority of others will say the same. Try it, you will like it
