you can set up a meeting on your forum for a meeting in real life with your board members, people can sign up for it so you will know who will come for example

if the tab in acp isn't showing,goto ACP -> System -> Module management -> Administration Control Panel -> Meetings -> Manage Meetings and edit the meeting configuration module.
set Module displayed: to yes and save.

Hey Mickroz, I am trying out your mod and having a tad bit of a problem. But before I mention the problem, I noticed you upgraded it, on your upgrade instructions I noticed you added:

to the new instructions but it wasn't in the old instructions. I've sense then added it.

As for my problem, I can't get the ACP module portion to show. I went and gave out permissions hoping that was it but it still just won't show the meeting tab. Everything else seems to work though I am assuming I can't add meetings until I can configure the meetings via the ACP. Any suggestions on getting the ACP module to show up? I've cleared caches several times which seems to plague a few mods, pretty much given almost everything full rights to manage and do anything to do with the Mod.

thanks, i thought i fixed that too, edited my update post.

as for your problem:
goto ACP -> System -> Module management -> Administration Control Panel -> Meetings -> Manage Meetings and edit the meeting configuration module.
set Module displayed: to yes and save.

i will fix this in the next release.

try clearing your cache.

okay that worked fine.... BUT i cant find the buttons for creating new meetings

refresh your imageset,goto ACP -> Styles -> imagesets en refresh your imageset

try going into your ACP->Styles->imagesets-> and browse to the new meeting image, it should show up… just hit submit and you should start seeing it.
