Resolved this by again double checking the common.php file and copying and pasting the lines

Can't you force the 'input' to be any number like zero or so.. should solve that for the short run ;)

I am still hoping phpbbgarage will release a release version, loads of members are asking me where the garage is, and when it comes back...

phpbbgarage.com seems to have gone silent the last few weeks..

Anyone knows what the status is? and when we might expect a release version?

Kinda tempted to just place a gallery instead of the garage.. but i love the garage because it is build for cars so i dont have to change to many things...

Anyone know of a good third party package that can be configured to work something like the garage MOD? This is bordering on the ridiculous! No answers to questions or bug fixes. I don't mind supporting something IF I'm getting something back out of it and don't have to buy stuffed animals that I don't want. It doesn't even have to be tied in to phpBB3. Just be able to be linked to and from one or the other.

Yeah as per sisem, please make the effort to report bugs via the tracker. One a MOD this huge it really is the only way for me to focus.

I am working to get all bugs fixed and get a stable release. Trust me. Its just not something I can click my fingers and have done.

why do you think you have a "right" of support -> did you pay him ?

I think we all should be very thankful that poyntesm does this work for us in his free time for nothing.
We all appreciate what poyntesm have created here.

So think before you shout out here, man.

I have to say that Poyntesm isn't posting that often even on the support forums, but I know he's busy generally.

If you have a look in the bug tracker tho you can see the progress from the reported issues. I'm currently running the latest SVN code and can see the difference from B3 already with the current items fixed.

I'm too waiting patiently, or rather impatiently :) , to get a RC release I can go live with it on my site. So I'm keeping up with the SVN code and reporting back as soon as I can to help things along.

As a matter of fact I did make a donation of $50 and planned to donate more when it goes live and each year thereafter. How about you? He asked for $ help with the project and I gave it. Perhaps if everyone else that is clambering for it to coughed up a donation then he would get a little more interested in getting a workable version out. (Then again maybe not?)

The Garage MOD is peachy, but until it comes a time where it can be used in a live environment it is basically useless. On top of that once it reaches a stage where it can be used live then if problems arise and he isn't there to be on top of them there are likely to be a few boards which have to be restored from older backups which means information will be lost which means that there are going to be a lot of irate users at the least.
