Re: [BETA] Welcome Mod

What I do is, press the "print screen" on my keyboard, then open paint and paste that into paint. Save the file as a jpg then upload that jpg to my server in an image folder(or a image place such as photobucket or imageshack) and use that site to post the image here.

That is what I was thinking about. You need to refresh your imageset. Go->ACP->Styles->Imagesets->Prosilver->Refresh
Also clear your cache again.

Okay, I also took a look at your site and you need to fix an edit for the Welcome Mod
Open language/en/common.php
Look for:

Code: Select all

'WELCOME_MESSAGE' => 'Welcome to YOUR_SITE_NAME!',
and replace with

Code: Select all

'WELCOME_MESSAGE' => 'Welcome to Kings Motorsport Racing!',
That way your site will have your forum name instead of
Hello Guest and Good Afternoon! Welcome to YOUR_SITE_NAME!
:D

This is discussed here
This mod does not effect those buttons. What version of phpBB3 are you running?

Just keep refreshing your templates and imageset and make sure you also clear your own browsers cache to make sure it is not displaying an old page to you.

So you are using the Gold version. Have you cleared your browsers cache also?

Just updated the status of this mod. Works with phpBB3 Gold. No changes needed.

Hello Kingster,
I do not think your button problem is related to my mod. This mod does not modify any files that would affect those buttons.

You also need to set your preferences in your UCP for the time.

Hi Glenn,

I suspect you have done something wrong in Functions.php. Post lines 3389~3397 and I will take a look at it.
