No prosilver template files? :(

Guess I'll edit the CSS classes in the HTML. ;p

EDIT: Oh. It uses CSS classes shared by prosilver and subSilver2.

It works nice. :D Thanks a bunch.
Sorry for my bad Engrish !

Okay, I will make a topic in 3.0.x Discussion forum, so we dont have to have 2 discussion lines. I will post a link after having it done ;)

I will be happy with whichever version is most similar to the Mini-Cal MOD for PHPBB2! That thing was awesome, not only was it compatible with portal side menus but also handled both birthdays and events without a fuss and displayed them accordingly on the index page on a daily/weekly basis.

Michaelo already has a mini-calendar block for his Stargate Portal so perhaps something that is compatible to work with this and expand on it further would be even something worth considering?

With the way my mod is written a mini-cal is just a template change.

Hello I'm new to this board, I would like to have some help on this nice calendar.

I have setup all the files needed and hit this http://www.shapesolutions.nl/forum/phpB ... nstall.php

Nothing happens accept a white screen, nothing is written to the database, is there an other way, what I'm I doing wrong?

Maybe this helps, the location to my board is http://www.shapesolutions.nl/forum/phpBB3 could it be that the $phpbb_root_path = './'; is wrong?

For me it says: go 1 directory back, maybe i'm wrong, but I could use some serious help here.

thanks a ton in advance

When I run the install file, I get the following:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/redtrin/public_html/phpbb3/calendar_install.php on line 50

Any ideas?

Yep. Run the SQL manually like I did:

Code: Select all

CREATE TABLE `phpbb_calendar` (
  `event_id` mediumint(8) unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment,
  `user_id` mediumint(8) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',
  `event_name` varchar(255) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
`event_desc` mediumtext collate utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  `event_groups` varchar(255) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
  `enable_bbcode` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL default '1',
  `enable_html` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL default '1',
  `enable_smilies` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL default '1',
  `bbcode_bitfield` varchar(255) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
  `bbcode_uid` varchar(5) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
`event_start_day` date NOT NULL default '0000-00-00',
  `event_start_time` varchar(10) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '0',
  PRIMARY KEY (`event_id`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM  DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_bin AUTO_INCREMENT=1 ;
Then delete this in the install file:

Code: Select all

$sql = "CREATE TABLE `phpbb_calendar` (
  `event_id` mediumint(8) unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment,
  `user_id` mediumint(8) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',
  `event_name` varchar(255) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
`event_desc` mediumtext collate utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  `event_groups` varchar(255) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
  `enable_bbcode` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL default '1',
  `enable_html` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL default '1',
  `enable_smilies` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL default '1',
  `bbcode_bitfield` varchar(255) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
  `bbcode_uid` varchar(5) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '',
`event_start_day` date NOT NULL default '0000-00-00',
  `event_start_time` varchar(10) collate utf8_bin NOT NULL default '0',
  PRIMARY KEY (`event_id`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_bin AUTO_INCREMENT=1 ;"
$db->sql_query($sql);
and run the install file again (so it adds permissions).
Sorry for my bad Engrish !
