If you can see both the Configuration and the Medals Management, you have ALL the database changes!
Go to the Management panel and create a category for some medals. Then, within that category, add a medal (select a medal image, description, medal name, how many times the medal can be awarded (if more than one, static image or dynamically created (if dynamically created, which device image to be placed on top of the base image)), can the medal be nominated by anyone or only by medal moderators). If you want to use the medal points, then you will need to add a user_points field to the users table and set a row in the config table (as explained in the first post).
Then you will have a medal setup to give out.
