that just means that the MOD author hasn't made this MOD UTF-8 compatible.

But its not inportan,I think its a SQL (DB) problem.
How can I add UTF-8 encoding to querys?

In notepad++ you should set it to UTF-8 (default is ANSI)
just go to format and click Encode UTF-8

Its not relative,look,Its not a ?????? in the language files,
If I writed a category name in Hebrew,its does: ???????.

I haven't any spaces in includes/functions.php file
Errors see only guests, after login everything ok
