So is 2.1.1 about ready to be released. I'm wondering if I should wait to install it or just go ahead and put in 2.1.0.

My new forum 're just waiting this download center ! I really hope we can do 2 or more (3 but 2 will be great) sub-categories !

I went ahead and installed it and I get this error when trying to upload a using the mod:

This is really great mod, but i find it difficult installing alot of different files. Would you consider making "multiple upload at once"option?

I have few requests.

1)Sub Categories (Unlimited if possbile)
2)Is there any possibility to just Upload (write) a link ( In html or bb code ) So user can download from clicking through link.(I don't want to use bandwidth of my own)

It's already possible in 2.1.1 RC1.

When i try to open filebase in IE7, IE crashes. Does anyone have similar problems?

And another thing. When reporting files...problem is, that you cant know whats problem with this file. User simply dont have option to write whats wrong with this file.

Filebase 2.1.1 RC2 has been released here, and the major change is the rebuilding of comment section, which now includes bbcode support.

Moreover, an alternative template has been released, for the ones who didn't like the original one, or simply wanted something different.

i noticed similar thing. I updated from RC1 to RC2 and noticed that this upgrade messed up my database. Two thing were altered. Language and template. Language was changed from Slovenian to English!!?! and template was changed from subsilver to avalon.
Because of these problems, i and other users had problems with modifications that are on my webpage (phpbb3 forum).

I managed to repair damage, but BEAWARE when updating!!!!

I had no problem in updating, but probably because i have just one language and one style installed.

To help fixing this bug, and for feature requests, i suggest you to open a new topic in http://forum.visop.de, so that you can get an answer more quickly from viper
