- ACP -> PERMISSIONS -> Admin Roles. Edit and look in Ajax Shoutbox tab and set to YES.
- ACP -> PERMISSIONS -> User Roles. Edit Moderator group first. Ajax Shoutbox and select all options to YES.
- Edit other groups to allow use of shoutbox.
