So, in the end is this like topic calendar? There's not too much description on the first post.

I use topic calendar to display upcoming events on my portal, works a treat, still waiting on something similar for phpbb3 but from what i've read, doesn't look like it's quite there yet.

If you search for keywords: "topic calendar" author: "alightner" forum: "[3.0.x] MODs in Development" you'll see that this is not now nor will it ever be a topic calendar.

:| Why?

I don't see what's too hard about doing it? You're going to end up with duplication of information if you do it this way and make phpbb more like a pseudo cms as opposed to a forum

Great mod, but, not what i'm after really, I have a feeling that other people would be interested in a topic calendar also.

For the way my forum works it's a performance drag, if you want to write a mod on top of this mod to work the way you need for your forum, you're welcome to do so. ;)

This mod works great! Thank you!

My only problem is that I cannot view the ACP Calendar settings. There are no ACP Calendar links in my ACP. I can post, delete, etc. I can also change each member's personal settings to view the calendar. But the default is that nobody can see it. Is there an easy fix on how to view the ACP Calendar settings?

Sorry if this has already been asked.

Thanks,

Mike

Did you install the modules in the ACP and did you give yourself admin privileges for the calendar?

Hi
I've just installed your calendar. Works fine and I've encountered no issue during installation (have to do it in /fr also <- that's maybe why)

but I've a little concern regarding colours, everything is plain dark blue
As I've seen on your demo site, I must have some grey, light blue,...

2 picts are better to explain :
Month view
Week view

I don't have a clue to where to look at. Everything seems to be like in install.xml and prosilver.xml
It doesn't seems to be linked to /en to /fr things and all the .css are up to date
I don't have any custom colours too.

Any ideas ?

ps : sorry for my quite poor english

Hi,

you will have to refresh all parts of the template (not only the "purge cache") after uploading the altered files.
Best Regards

Thomas

I want unregistered users of the web page to be able to see content of calendar.
Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

Sure if you give unregistered guests permissions to view events.
