Normaly you cant test 120 files in one time on rapidshare. This mod will test everytime you view / preview the post if the files are still on the public server. If rapidshare is busy it takes a lot off time to check all the urls. Teslink will check each file and get the answer back on server or not. So if you want to check 120 files it take more time, but what is time if you can't download the last file and you can throw away the rest of the files that you allready have download

You can always disable the bbcode testlink.

Ok, let me say something :
Actually I'm not on humour, Why ?
It's hard to explain, but I will try :
1º ) I haven't a group of developers, is only me a simple forum user, not expert on phpbb3 and not expert on php.
2º ) I assumed that this MOD should be something simple, actually it's very difficult.
3º )Since I start ( about December 2007 ) I spend every free minute of my time on this mod and still not working good.
4º ) I have a ugly part-time job, a family to maintenance and a lot of bills to pay. My file sucks.
5º ) I only received bad news about ABBC3

I'm closer to discontinue this mod and let it die, I'm tired trying all possibilities and nothing work fine.

Let me say something to you which I hope to give some motivation to continue the fantastic work you've been doing.

I'm a recent user of ABB3 although I think I've read every page/post on the topic.

Let's start from the bad things:
- These last modifications aimed to high, there were too many differences from the previous version and also made the code more complex, IMHO.
- There are of course some bugs that need to be dealt, but which application doesn't have ?
- That's a really bad thing that you're alone in here. There are plenty of people (me included) that come here to get others' work and never contribute.. That's something that needs to be improved from all of us.
- One of the problems (imho) is that you just discontinued youtube tag which is widely used, maybe you could add support for it and internally use bbvideo.. or make an alias.. the "update patch" from my point of view is not enough, people are used to write

Good things:
- Your work is fantastic
- The recent changes and the configuration in acp are awesome
- The inclusion of graybox and image resizer was a good move, is done in a clean and nice way. I'd be even happier that instead of clicking the yellow bar we should click the image and the images seen in graybox were all pictures and not only the ones that were resized (sorry, feature request in good things)
- This is probably the most complete BBcode box i've seen

I have some knowledge (not much) of phpbb3 and php itself, also html and javascript and I can try to give you some help. I'm also available to contribute in any way to this mod.

Just bring that morale up and start seeing things in the right direction. What I use to say about people complaining on "freetime" software is: "Not happy ?? don't use it or contribute..."
You do this in your freetime and you're not requested to do more than you can/want.

Why do you want to give up now, when you mod is now complete and can be used without problem (from my part...)

Do you think all the time you spent deserves to be lost for nothing ?

I gave the wrong meaning to it, I forgot that it is possible to enable that in the ACP, but that's something that maybe could come by default or clear in the installation (migration) instructions.

About Youtube tag, it work fine ! only have to enable it, but anybody read documents, I have to explain the same thing over and over and over...

I suggest to take the following measures:

- Feature freeze
- Make available the current bug list
- We'll (users) try to discuss among us the way to go
- Someone picks a bug and comes up with the solution

Does this seem reasonable to you ?

Mod is unable to be downloaded since early today.
List of current bugs is large, the most important are : not working on signature, search/s result,
If someone get/found a bug post it on my forum.

The reasonable thing is : I will take a time, leave it some days and them return.

GUYS,

My kind appeal is about ABBcode 3 mod and his owner "leviatan21".

My hot suggestion is that We all shall/must SUPPORT IN ANY POSITIVE WAY Mr.Leviatan21 and his great Mod.
The guy spent a lot of time required for the Mod's creation and still requires a lot of time for maintenance. The Mod is in the Top most downloaded and useful tools in the http://www.phpbb.com rank list.
I believe all people that have been tried, like and personally improve it must have the honor & humanity to contribute in any even $ymbolic way to his legal developer/supplier. So if what he created has benefited you in some way, please consider a generous donating. If you don't want to make a direct monetary donation, you can just simply morally support his personality and great buzz. That's my Voice...hope yours, too.
